Hydrated January 💧?

Hydrated January?

I am glad dry January is almost over 🍷.

I didn’t partake in dry January, but I am still glad it is over.

We put way too much pressure on ourselves to make January THE month. The month we decide to do everything we have put off – working out, losing weight, looking for a new job, etc. For those of you who have done all the things in January, kudos to you. I did not.

I did not set any New Year’s goals either.
I set intentions, which gives me a lot more flexibility.

❌ Goals feel limiting to me: you either hit or miss your goals.

💪 Intentions feel expansive: you are moving in the right direction if you make any progress.

I guess this makes my word for the year Intentions.

I want to share my intentions because once you state and write them down, they are much more likely to happen, so here goes:

I want to complete the edits on my book and see it in print on May 23rd!
I want to fill my group program with high-achieving women who want to continue to grow in their careers.
I want to continue bringing on clients committed to making changes in their lives.
I want to do more company workshops.
I want to do more speaking engagements.
I want to travel more.
I want to find a place to live that suits me and my lifestyle.
I want to enjoy my life as it is, not how I think it should be.
I want to worry less.
I want to sleep more.
This is not an exhaustive list, but it hits my high points.
I would like you to create your intentions list and share it with me.

Because I believe in you, and I believe you want to make changes but don’t always know where to start.

Start here.

Say it like it is,
Donna
